Hidden Gems – Polperro, UK.

Polperro is a small fishing village on the south-east cornwall coast in the south west of England.

The town has a walk hidden away from the main path down to the harbour. Given the size of the village you may be surprised to find the length of this coastal walk.

The South West Coast Path is 630 miles long which passes through the village offers some tremendous views off of the hillside out to sea, it offers day walks along the local scenic coastline, in particular to nearby Talland Bay on the coast path heading East. Westwards, the path passes three large beaches en route to Fowey: Lansallos Beach, Lantivit Bay and Lantic Bay.

The path is visable to the left of the photograph and also provides access to the rocks and caves below.
